About:

I am a computer scientist and bioinformatics researcher specializing in translational cancer research, and precision medicine. My research at The Ohio State University focused on developing computational models for drug response prediction, spatial and single-cell transcriptomics, and enhancer activity analysis to advance translational genomics. Trained through a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, I combine algorithmic and biological insights to address complex biomedical challenges. I emphasize on hands-on, data-driven learning to help students build strong computational foundations.
